Agricultural History Society of Ireland / Ireland

The Agricultural History Society of Ireland (AHSI) is open to all with an interest in the history of agriculture and food in Ireland. Current members come from a diversity of backgrounds including: historians, farmers, agricultural advisers, archaeologists, palaeoecologists and social scientists, ranging from established academics to their students and the interested public.

We organise regular conferences on relevant subjects, and also field-outings to places associated with farming and food.
